Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the main suit was dismissed for default and not yet restored; therefore, the cause in this revision petition does not survive any further for adjudication and became infructuous. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to file fresh revision petition at appropriate stage, if necessary. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
