The grievance of the petitioners was that the police authorities were not carrying out investigation in Crime No.120 of 2012 on the file of S.R. Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

Relying on the written instructions dated 29.06.2015 received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, S.R. Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home stated that pursuant to investigation in Crime No.120 of 2012 which was registered under Section 365 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C., a charge sheet was laid before the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, vide C.C.No.2126 of 2013. In the light of the afore-stated development, the grievance of the petitioners is shown to be without basis.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
