This Writ Petition was filed in 2002 and it was placed before the Court last in November, 2002. We have perused the prayer in the Writ Petition. Keeping that in view, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.

Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
