Panduranga Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that similar issue in WP.No. 20413 of 2008 and batch were dismissed vide order dated 29/04/2014 by this Court. Accordingly, the issue raised in this writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed.
