THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8666 of 2009 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner, who is a fair price shop dealer of Ratnapur Village, is that she was not being supplied kerosene oil for distribution and though she submitted several representations, they were not considered.

This Court while admitting the Writ Petition on 27.04.2009, passed interim order in WPMP.No.11356 of directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 31.03.2009 as per law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the representation of the petitioner was considered and the petitioner was supplied kerosene oil for distribution. She placed on record the information received through letter, dated 05.12.2015 from the Tahsildar, Nyalkal Mandal. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
