The petitioner in this Writ Petition has questioned the order dt.03-112015 suspending the Fair Price Shop dealership authorization of petitioner.

2. The petitioner has questioned the same by way of appeal before the 2nd respondent on 07-11-2015.

3. Having regard to the said fact, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said appeal within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in these Revisions shall stand disposed of.
