This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.73 of 2015 on the file of Rolugunta Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner and two other persons were found in possession of 120 kgs of Ganja.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the quantity of ganja alleged to have been seized from the possession of the petitioner and other accused, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by the petitioner.
