This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in disposing of A.S.No.208 of 2016 pending on its file. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ plaintiff and perused the record. In spite of service of notice, none appears for the 1st respondent.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is an old woman aged more than 74 years. It is stated that the subject appeal is of the year 2016 and ultimately prayed to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the subject appeal expeditiously.

It is the right of the petitioner, who is a senior citizen, to seek expeditious disposal of the subject appeal. 5.

Under these circumstances, the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is directed to dispose of the subject appeal in A.S.No.208 of 2016 pending on its file, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
