WRIT PETITION NO. 20854 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief :

To declare the action of the respondents 5 and 6 in passing resolution dated 15/6/2015 without informing and constituting the village level committee as envisaged under G.O.Rt.No.105, dated 20/5/2015, which G.O. was issued as per the orders of the Hon'ble Apex court passed in Contempt Petition [Civil] No.532/2013 in WP [Civil] No.631 of 2004 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and also contrary to the mandatory provisions i.e., 2 [a] of G.O.Rt.No. 105 dated 20/5/2015 issued by School Education [Prog.I] Department, Government of Telangana and consequential directions to the respondents 1 to 4 to stop the work undertook by the respondents 5 and 6 in pursuance of resolution dated 15/62015 including passing of fresh resolution by following the norms as envisaged in GO.Rt.No. 105, dated 20/5/2015 and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard Sri K.Laxmaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader and Sri P.Bhaskar for Respondent No.4.

3. A perusal of the material available on record discloses that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted

representation dated 23/6/2015 to the fourth respondent. Therefore, in the light of the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the fourth respondent to take appropriate action on the representation said to have been made by the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation dated 23/6/2015 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
