A Memo was filed on 19.06.2018 by the learned counsel for the appellant seeking permission to withdraw the Appeal (USR No.36043). The Memo is recorded.

The appellant is permitted to withdraw the Appeal. The respondent is entitled to withdraw the amounts deposited to the credit of O.S.No.26 of 2013 on the file of the XII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. This is also mentioned in the aforesaid Memo. The C.C.C.A., is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
