THE HON'BLE THE CHI EF JUSTI CE SRI THOTTATHI L B. RADHAKRI SHNAN I .A.No.1 of 2018 in ARBI TRATI ON APPLI CATI ON No.71 OF 2016 and ARBI TRATI ON APPLI CATI ON No.71 OF 2016 ORDER:

By order dated 02.12.2016, the Arbitration Application was allowed appointing Sri K.S. Appa Rao, former Judge of this Court, as Arbitrator. The said Arbitrator has returned the arbitration proceedings stating his inability to continue as Arbitrator.

In the light of that and noticing that the Arbitration Application was allowed earlier, after hearing both parties, Sri A. Ramalingeswara Rao, former Judge of this Court, is appointed as the Arbitrator to arbitrate on the disputes between the applicant and the respondent and the said arbitrator shall enter on reference and proceed with, as enjoined by the Act. 3.

In the result, the I.A and the Arbitration Application are allowed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Arbitration Application, shall stand closed.
