THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CONTEMPT CASE No.1081 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the interim order dated 29.04.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.46804 of 2018 whereby this Court directed the second respondent in the writ petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.11.2018 and to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

Heard.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 29.04.2019, the second respondent in the writ petition, who is the sole respondent in this Contempt Case, passed orders on 20.08.2019 and communicated the same to the petitioner. A copy of the order dated 20.08.2019 is also handed over by the learned Standing Counsel to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court.

In view thereof, this Court feels that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
