HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16825 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents and in not considering the representation dated 23-07-2019 submitted by petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 interfering into civil disputes between the petitioner and his father.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein it is stated as under: " It is respectfully submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner that the respondents No.4 & 5 are interfering in the civil disputes and threatening him to withdraw the suits is false and denied herewith, as the respondents No.4 & 5 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner nor threatening him to withdraw the suits. It is submitted that five cases are registered against the petitioner Athota Venkata Ramaiah in Haliya police station:- 1.

Crime No.129/2016, U/s.448, 427, 504, 506 r/w.34 IPC of Haliya police station on 23.5.2016. (Case is pending trial vide C.C.No.471/2017) 2.

Crime No.4/2017, U/s.448, 427, 506 r/w.34 IPC of Haliya police station on 5.1.2017. (Case is pending trial vide C.C.No.622/2017) 3.

Crime No.47/2017, U/s.506 IPC of Haliya police station on 15.2.2017.

Crime No.55/2017, U/s.448, 427, 504, 506 IPC of Haliya police station 20.2.2017. (Case is pending trial vide C.C.No.626/2017) 5.

Crime No.167/2019, U/s.447, 504, 506 IPC of Haliya police station on 28.7.2019 (Case is under investigation) It is submitted that keeping that in mind, the above cases the petitioner had addressed a letter to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Miryalaguda with false and frivolous allegations."

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner has not mentioned about registration of above crimes against him. However, it is open for the petitioner to agitate his grievance against registration of Crime No.167/2019, dated 28-072019 in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
