This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.156 of 2013 on the file of Women P.S. Charminar South Zone, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 and 506 IPC and 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that the parties have compromised the matter before Lok Adalat on 11.02.2017. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
