ORDER:
This Criminal Petltion, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime No.51B/2020 of Neredmet Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences under Sections 353, 504, 506 IPC. 2.
Heard. Perused the record.
3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, would submit that investigation in the subject crime was completed, charge-sheet has been filed before the Court concerned and Calendar Case number is awaited.
4. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout the remedies available u nder law.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
