PC/ ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Mr. G.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 has placed on record the proceedings/correspondence/letters dated 24.05.2007, 28.05.2007, 18.12.2007, 04.01.2008, 23.02.2008, 17.02.2009 and 01.08.2009 issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, un-official respondents etc., and the same are taken on record. In view thereof, Mr. K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition for similar relief including, challenge to the clearance letter dated 18.12.2007 issued in favour of respondent no.5, if circumstances so demand. Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
