HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1847 of 2015 ORDER : (Per Justice R. Subhash Reddy) While issuing notice before admission, this Court granted interim order on condition of depositing Rs.75,000/-, by order dated 02.06.2015. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 23.06.2015 and 24.06.2015, but as there was no representation for petitioner, it was adjourned to 25.06.2015. On 25.06.2015, in view of the request made by the counsel for petitioner, further two weeks time was granted to comply with the order dated 02.06.2015.

Thereafter, the case was listed on 09.07.2015 and 20.07.2015, and as there was no representation when the matter was called on 20.07.2015, it is posted today. Even today, there is no representation. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

Therefore, this revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
