(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri S.Maruthi Rao, learned counsel representing Sri T.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the statutory remedy already invoked by him before the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
