HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 32903 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4, in not registering the complaint dated 05.09.2017 made by the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home would place before this Court a copy of the First Information Report from which it is clear that FIR No.197 of 2017 was registered on 03.10.2017 on the file of Anandapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam against respondent No.5 for offences under Sections 447 and 506 read with 34 IPC.

Since the complaint has now been registered, the respondent No.4 shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.

Questioning the action of respondent No.3, in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner against respondent No.4, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home would place before this Court a copy of the First Information Report from which it is clear that FIR No.286 of 2012 was registered on 22.11.2012 on the file of Karimnagar Police Station, Karimnagar against respondent Nos.3 to 6 for offences under Sections 423, 420, 454, 380, 290, 504, 506 read with 34 IPC. Since the complaint has now been registered, the respondents shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
