On 06.06.2018, when the matter had come up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant. So, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for orders'. Even today, when the matter has come up and though the Court waited till 3.45 PM, there is no representation for the appellant. It is an appeal of the year 2004. It appears the appellant is not evincing any interest in pursue the case.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the appeal shall stand closed.
