HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16819 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging inaction of respondent No.1 in considering the representations made by petitioner dated 31-072018 and 03-08-2019 for extension of parole. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home filed memo dated 23-08-2019 issued by Home (Services-III) Department stating that representations of the petitioner was rejected. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the memo dated 23-08-2019 in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
