K.S. Prasad v. Securities And Exchange Board Of India
HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH PRESENT THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No.439 OF 2009 DATED: 21.06.2016 Between:
K.S. Prasad ... Appellant and Securities and Exchange Board of India and another ... Respondents
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No.439 OF 2009 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for appellant.
This appeal was filed in 2009. No interim order at any point of time was granted by this Court. We have perused the prayer in the Writ Petition and also noticed the observations made in the last paragraph of the impugned order. Keeping that in view, it appears that appellant has lost interest in prosecuting this appeal further and hence, nobody is coming forward to workout it on merits. We are therefore constrained to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
