ORDER

Challenging inaction of the 3rd respondent in investigating into Cr.No.469 of 2014, dated 21.5.2014, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on written instructions, submits that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad, against A1 and A2 on 10.4.2015 and the same was numbered as CC No.1699 of 2015 and that the accused are facing trial.

In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.
