When the matter up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent - State submits that since charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.47 of 2019 of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
