ORDER:

Petitioner complains of action of respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of his property admeasuring Ac.2.64 cents in Sy.Nos.318/A-B, 122-1B/5A of Piduguralla village, Guntur District, Guntur District.

2. Instructions received by the learned Government Pleader from the fourth respondent, however, show that no revenue official has interfered with the peaceful possession and enjoyment over the land claimed by the petitioner.

3. In view of that, it is apparent that the petitioner has approached this Court merely on an apprehension. Hence, no further orders need be passed. The writ petition is disposed of.
