ORDER: (Per CVNR,J) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash the order, dated 01.01.2015, in O.A.No.1031 of 2013 of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad.

2. Mrs.K.Aruna, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 05.02.2016, to the Registry, wherein she stated that she was instructed by his client to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.35345 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
