This Contempt Case was filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6287/2002 dated 07.11.2013.

When the matter is taken up today for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the due amount was paid by implementing the order dated 07.11.2013 in W.P. No.6287/2002.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
