The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 07-11-2015 to permit him to work as Driver. The grievance of the petitioner is that the same has not been disposed till date. Hence, this writ petition. 2.

Heard the learned standing counsel for the respondent-Corporation.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner is only as to non-disposal of the representation dated 07-11-2015, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 07-112015 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. There shall no order as to costs.
