HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4748 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 6 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.218 of 2019 of Golkonda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with 34 I.P.C. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 6, and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State. Perused the record.

This is the second bail application. The earlier bail application of the petitioners was dismissed by this Court on 25.07.2019. There are no changed circumstances. Hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
