Sri Y.S. Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court, in W.P.M.P. No.13988 of 2007, on 30.05.2007, the petitioner has undergone the process of selection and has been appointed for the said post and also filed a Memo, dated 30.09.2016, which is received by this Court; wherein it is stated that in view of the order passed by this Court, in W.P. No.8794 of 2007 and batch, on 14.03.2012, the services of the petitioner were regularized vide Memo No.DEE/OP/NML/JAO/ADMN/E2/D.No.487/16-17, dated 27.07.2016, no further orders need to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Considering the said representation of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as it has become infructuous. In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. _____________________________ G.
