THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14457 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that he had submitted a representation on 14-03-2014 to the 1st respondent alleging that petitioner's case is not covered by Section 19(3) of the A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and also to take into account the fact that the third child was born because of failure of vasectomy operation performed on petitioner and that 1st respondent has not disposed of the said representation. 2.

Petitioner also contends that the certificate dt.13-02-2016 had been issued to him by the Primary Health Centre, Kataram stating that the said operation failed and compensation of Rs.30,000/- has also been paid to the petitioner by the District Medical and Health Officer, Karimnagar.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representation and dispose it of within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.14-03-2014, keeping in view the above facts and communicate his decision to the petitioner within two (02) weeks. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
