HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 1137 of 2018 O R D E R:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present criminal revision case. However, he requested to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the Court below.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case available on record, this Court feels that it is not a fit case for discharge of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed. However, the presence of the petitioners is dispensed with. But, as and when their presence is required, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court below.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand closed.
