This writ petition is filed for a direction to respondents 3 and 4 to process the proposals of the petitioner - School dated 18.11.2017 for filling up of nine vacant aided posts and accord permission in terms of G.O.Ms.No.1, Education (P.S.-2), dated 01.01.1994. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court in similar facts and circumstances in WPMP.No.33948 of 2017 in W.P.No.27320 of 2017 dated 17.08.2017 passed interim directions to consider the proposals submitted by the petitioner therein in terms of Rule 12 of G.O.Ms.No.1 dated 1.1.1994 and that similar order may be passed. Learned Government Pleader for School Education, does not dispute the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merit, writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the proposals dated 18.11.2017 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with Rule 12 of G.O.Ms.No.1, Education (P.S.-2), dated 01.01.1994, and take action accordingly.
