THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5282 OF 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent in not considering the representations of the petitioner, dated 19.11.2016, 16.01.2017, 21.01.2017 and 23.01.2017 and not cooperating to dispose of the commodity pledged with the respondent Bank, which is in the joint custody of both the petitioner and the respondent Bank lying in M/s.Star Agri Warehousing & Collateral Management Limited, and proceeding for coercive steps without giving any opportunity to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that the representations of the petitioner were considered and order was passed on 22.01.2017 rejecting the request of the petitioner. In view of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law and no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
