In spite of granting sufficient time, there is no representation for the appellant. Even on the earlier occasion, it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant died long back and no steps were taken to bring the legal representatives on record. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
