It is represented by Sri V.Raja Rama Mohan Rao, learned counsel representing Smt.K.Udaya Sree, counsel for respondent No.3, as well as Sri P.Anand Seshu, learned Standing Counsel for APEPDCL, that the 1st petitioner retired from service on 30.04.2015 and the 2nd petitioner retired from service in the year 2014, as such the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
