Heard Mr.Sita Ram Chaparla for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...to issue writ, order, direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declare the proceedings No.BB3/268/2202 dt.14.03.2002 of 2nd respondent to consequential proceedings of 3rd respondent in Letter No.A1/921/2003 dt.19.01.2007 as illegal arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of the Act and set aside the same and ............"

Learned counsel for petitioner realizing the incompleteness in the prayer does not press the present prayer and seeks liberty to petitioner, to work out all grievances comprehensively, in accordance with law. The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
