CVNR, J & JUD, J W.P.No.31663 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to produce the daughter of the petitioner by name T.M.Vedavathi (alleged detenue) before this Court.

In pursuance of the notice issued by this Court, the alleged detenue is produced before this Court by the police. She informed the Court that she has married one G.Prabhakar Reddy and that she is living with him on her own free will and consent. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TS) submitted that as per Secondary School Certificate of the alleged detenue, her date of birth is 16.07.1996 and that she is aged 21 years as of now.

Mr.T.C.Krishnan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, could not dispute the age of the alleged detenue.

As the alleged detenue is a major and she has informed the Court that she has been living with her husband without any force or coercion, the relief claimed in this writ petition cannot be granted. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
