The petitioner is a trust registered under the provisions of Indian Trust Act and it owns agricultural land of an extent of Ac.102.12 guntas situated in Survey No.1270, 1271, 1272, 1274, 1275, 1276, 1281 and 1282 of Nandigoam village, Kothur Mandal, Mahaboobnagar district, presently Nandigoam Mandal, Ranga Reddy district.

When there was interference with the said land by some third parties, the petitioner filed O.S.No.24 of 2007 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Mahaboobnagar district against the third parties who created some illegal documents. They made an application in the year 2007 by paying the requisite fee for survey of the land and the Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records, Mahaboobnagar, issued a notice to the petitioner on 21.5.2007 to attend the spot on 5.6.2007. But the Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records, did not attend on the said date. When the petitioner further enquired, they were asked to pay survey fees once again and accordingly, they paid on 4.1.2016. Thereafter, when no action was taken, the present Writ Petition was filed.

Learned Government Pleader, in spite of giving opportunity for ten months, did not get any instructions in the matter.

In the circumstances, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to conduct survey of the land for which, a petition was filed by the petitioner on 10.4.2017 by giving appropriate notices and complete the survey as per the Circular instructions issued by the Commissioner of Survey and Settlement from time to time, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
