The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the sixth respondent-Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Miryalguda, in issuing proceedings dated 24.03.2015 convening a meeting for consideration of the motion of no-confidence against the President on 17.04.2015.

Though the meeting was convened on 17.04.2015, no resolution could be passed on the said date and it resulted in issuing other proceedings on 06.07.2015, which is challenged in Writ Petition No.22901 of 2015. In view of the same, this writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ______________________________ A.
