Heard the Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that an elaborate counter-affidavit was filed by the 1st respondent in CC.No.106 of 2018 (which was filed complaining about willful disobedience of the very same order in the writ petition), stating that the order in W.P.No.17602 of 2017 has since been complied with; that the 2nd respondent has also filed a counter in the said contempt case apologizing for filing a counter-affidavit contrary to the order dt.17.04.2013 in WP.No.8984 of 2013; and accepting the apology of the 2nd respondent, the said Contempt Case No.106 of 2018 is closed.

In view of the same, this Contempt Case is also closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
