No representation for the appellant. Earlier also, the present Second Appeal was listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 2.11.2017. On 7.12.2017, again, on request, it was deleted from the caption 'For Dismissal' and Registry was directed to post under the caption 'For Orders'. In such an event, it is not desirable to, once again, list under the caption 'For Dismissal' as it reflects that the appellant is not inclined to prosecute the present Second Appeal. Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
