Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the criminal petition has become infructuous since the present Cr.No.216 of 2019 was clubbed with another Cr.No.286 of 2018, wherein charge sheet was filed and the case was posted for trial. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
