Even today also, though the matter appears under the caption "For dismissal", none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.
