CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 17092 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-5 under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge them on bail in Crime No. 282 of 2016 of Choutuppal Police Station, Nalgonda district, registered for the offences punishable under section 420 and 468 of IPC Section 82 [c] of Registration Act, 1908.

2. After some arguments, Sri K. Chidambaram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners/A-1 to A-5 seek permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal Petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed, as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
