HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13024 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that he had filed an application on 23.02.2016 before respondent No.2 for rectification of the entries in the revenue records and also for cancellation of pattadar passbook issued to the third parties in respect of lands claimed by him and that respondent No.2 has not taken any action thereon. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.2 states that respondent No.2 will consider the application in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon, within six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon, within six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
