THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.22717 OF 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the order passed by the 2nd respondent in P.G.2/2004, dated 05-07-2005 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the final order, dated 05-07-2005 in P.G.No.2/2004.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing this petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent is present.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
