All the parties, who are present before this Court today, state that they have read the terms of the compromise, have understood its contents, and they had entered into this memorandum of compromise on their own free will.

In view thereof, A.S.M.P.No.1202 of 2015 is ordered and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
