Smt.G.Jhansi, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the disputed questions of fact are required to be considered while examining the legality in issuing Form No.8 in E.P.No.2100/95-96 and E.P.No.733/96-97 dated 21-11-2008 and requests the Court to permit the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal under Section 76 of the A.P.Co-operative Societies Act, 1964.

The said statement is accepted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
