Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that this contempt case is filed against the interim order dated 20.02.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.6980 of 2017 in W.P.No.5725 of 2017 and challenging the said interim order, Writ Appeal is filed and stay is granted by the Division Bench of this Court and therefore, no order orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case, at this stage.
